Introducing our new CPPA Mentor
Joining Maureen Kerr as CPPA Mentor is Sue Jackson. We welcome Sue to this valuable position and know that she and Maureen will work well as a team to support CPPA member principals.
We welcome Sue Jackson as the successful applicant to the position of CPPA Mentor (0.50) beginning Term 1 2021.
Sue will be working alongside Maureen Kerr who has several years of experience in the role. We see the two of them developing the role further, while also capturing some data to help us develop professional learning programmes based on the real world and identifiable needs encountered by experienced principals.
The following is from Sue, as she prepares to begin this important work for the CPPA membership.
"I welcome the opportunity to work closely with fellow principals supporting professional learning, well being, and principal capabilities, by sharing my knowledge and experience with other principals building capability and a positive and collaborative school culture."
We look forward to Sue's involvement in this capacity. Contact details and outline of the work undertaken by our mentors will be updated at the end of January.
