With the shift to Level 4 we had to cancel our Term 3 Breakfast Connector with Linda Miller and Iva Ropati. We are moving online for this. "Bring your own lunch"
Linda and Iva are Principals who have been seconded to the Teaching Council to consult with the sector on Rauhuia.
Rauhuia is a critical initiative around Principal wellbeing and professional development. For many of us, our access and entitlement to formalised professional support ends after our first two years of Principalship. Rauhuia provides a framework for ongoing PLD for Principals.
It is critical that Canterbury Principals have a voice in the shape and rollout of this programme.
Linda Miller has agreed to hold the presentation via zoom tomorrow Wednesday, 1 September at midday. It will be a great opportunity to learn more and to add your voice to the national conversation.
