Workshop One - Introduction to Minecraft: Education Edition
Minecraft: Education Edition is a game-based learning platform that promotes creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving in an immersive digital environment. Educators in more than 115 countries are using Minecraft: EE across the curriculum!
Workshop Two - Class VR
ClassVR is a complete VR and AR system for the classroom. It provides an engaging, immersive experience for students of all ages, and allows them to view and understand subjects and topics through personal experience. The immersion and engagement students gain from VR dramatically increases their ability to understand and retain information. ClassVR provides all of the necessary hardware, software, tools, training and support needed to implement VR in the classroom.
You will be able to take away information to share with your school enabling staff to understand the benefits of using ClassVR.
Workshop Three - Sphero
Sphero is a tool that is designed to foster curiosity and help develop students critical thinking and creativity skills while discovering the magic of computational thinking. Get collaborative with your colleagues in this session and discover the potential of the Sphero for yourself.
