Excluded and directed students - time for change?
The advocacy team's brief is to 'critique and challenge policies and systems to ensure that people, actions and ideas are valued across our membership'. We hear that there continue to be significant challenges posed to schools in supporting students who are excluded and subsequently directed elsewhere. We are keen to gather some 'on the ground' information as a way of beginning to explore this further.
