Petra Oldfield - General Manager with the Canterbury Employer’s Chamber of Commerce is an experienced leader. She has held leadership positions around the world within the health, education and business sectors. She volunteers for Business Mentors NZ and the Springboard Trust as a capacity partner for 3 years.

Petra’s particular interests in business are communication and how that facilitates better leadership and outcomes.

Petra will share some wisdom, anecdotes and challenges on how to develop a positive team culture within your staff that thrives on honest feedback.
