Learning Architects are pleased to announce the launch of our new Aotearoa NZ History introductory workshop. Ideal for a staff meeting or as part of a teacher-only day, this bespoke 90 minute workshop can be delivered virtually or in-person and includes:

  • An overview of the big ideas/concepts and how your current learning supports inquiry practices
  • Bespoke local research from our resident historian relating to mana whenua and migrant histories within your local rohe/community
  • Practical tips, tools and resources to help people apply the Understand Know Do framework
  • A planning template to help teachers plan their next steps

Workshop cost:
Virtual delivery - $750+gst
In-person delivery - $750+ gst, plus associated travel costs

Additional options:
We also have other variations of this workshop to cater to schools in different ways, eg. making your stories come alive digitally, or taking a more in-depth look at the Understand, Know Do framework within the context of Te Mātaiaho. And of course, it can also be developed into a sequence of learning for teachers through regionally-allocated PLD hours as they start to apply the ANZH within their classrooms.

7 Habits for Principals & Senior Leaders – Workshops update – 2024 dates

With October’s final 2023 session in Auckland now fully booked, our 7 Habits for Highly Effective People workshops are proving to be both powerful and popular with principals and senior leaders from throughout New Zealand.

“A powerhouse of habits that I will build strength in so I can continue my hauora journey, which will benefit everyone. THANK YOU for this wonderful opportunity.”

While there still are a few spaces available for the Principals-only session in Christchurch on 22/23 June (if you’re quick, you can register here), we are currently scheduling sessions for 2024.

“For me 7 Habits brings all the other self-help and leadership courses together in away that makes sense and is very useful and actionable.”

Don’t miss out!

If you would like to be kept in the loop and be among the first to know when dates for future workshops are released, register your interest via the October event page, here.
