MTB Principal's Group -

As a number of you may know, the MTB Principal's Group meet on a Sunday usually at 9 am and head up Rapaki and then across to the bike park  (CAP) for some refreshments :)

Over the past few months we have mixed it up a bit at the park and 'Bouncer' Bruce in particular has stepped out of his comfort zone and tried a few of the more adventurous Blue Trails.

One Sunday, Greg and I were waiting on the track for Bruce to catch us up......a few minutes pass, then a few more, eventually we stop a biker who informed us someone had been seen off piste upside-down but seemed to be ok! Guess who? 

Bruce finally turns up smothered in dust but nothing broken so we head down to the Cafe & have a wee snack and liquid refreshments. Any way as we get ready to leave Bruce goes into his bag and yes - you guessed it - this is where 'Freddy' comes in. 

Anyhow, no serious damage reported and few weeks later both Bruce & Greg had a great time on the Old Ghost road.

If you are keen to join us please do, 9am bottom of Rapaki or just come on down for a catch up at the bike park cafe around10:30.
