Head Coach Mike Allred	'A’ grade player for over 20 years and having represented Canterbury for over 10 years. Ranked number 1 in Canterbury for over 8 years and reaching an NZ ranking of 5 when playing competitively. Canterbury personality of the year 1990 and named in 2024 as ‘Canterbury Squash Legard’ (for Playing and Coaching achievements). Mike is now the full-time coach at Burnside Squash Club and the Academy Head Coach. 2015 - Sport New Zealand Performance Coach Advance 2015 - National coaching Tutor/facilitator 2007 - Level 1 Squash Coaching Tutor 2005, 2016 - Canterbury District Coach 2005, 2007 - National Junior Development Squad Coach 2005 - England Squash Coaching Level 3
