The school Board and our external HR advisor interviewed a very strong field of candidates for this important role. The interest from across the country in leading our school was great to see. We are confident Bruce's deep connections to our community, akonga, and strategy for how we can evolve and grow, will best support our school’s vision of seeking excellence together. While we will officially welcome Bruce as Principal next year, we will celebrate the significant contribution retiring Principal Katrina Munro has made to Carisbrook at the final school prize giving assembly later this month.

Next Thursday the 8th members of the Board will be at our Cultural Celebration for the official opening of a variety of developments for Carisbrook School. This exciting celebration is on Thursday the 8th of December at 4pm. We look forward to seeing whanau at the event, and at our final Assembly and Graduation.
