Wednesday afternoon and the kitchen is buzzing

Mrs Helen Davanney is sharing her expertise with the Food Extension class this term.  We have been introduced to the creative world of fondant icing.  Our students have quickly embraced the skills and have produced some beautiful intricate work already.
