Do you want to know more about Anxiety? Do you want to find out more about how anxiety looks in children? Do you want to find new ways to help your child? 

Canterbury District Health Board School Based Team are excited to offer a workshop offering strategies for parents who want to help their child struggling with anxiety.

This workshop will run for 1.5 hours at Casebrook Intermediate school on: Wednesday 7th December, 7:00-8:30pm.

Workshop numbers will be limited to no more than 20 parents.
