Introducing our new student teachers!

Recently we welcomed four new student teachers to Casebrook. They are at Casebrook until the end of Term 2. We went around and asked each of them a few questions to get to know them better.

Jessica Bowman - Room 2

What kind of student were you at school?
- I was very quiet at school.

What kind of teacher do you want to become?
- A fun teacher who knows their students really well.

How have you found Casebrook so far?
- I've really enjoyed it so far. People are friendly and easy to talk to.

What inspired you to become a teacher?
- Seeing children succeed and helping them.

Anna Palmer - Room 4

Where are you from?
- West Coast

Why did you choose teaching as a career?
- I wanted to help children learn new things.

What do you like about Casebrook so far?
- How both the teachers and students are respectful.

Rebeka Fair - Room 7

What kind of teacher do you want to become?
- A good teacher who helps their students and has fun doing it.

How have you found Casebrook so far?
- Welcoming, fun and energetic

What inspired you to become a teacher?
- I love kids

Where are you from?
- Christchurch

Why did you choose teaching as a career?
- I love working with kids.

What do you think of Casebrook so far?
- All the kids are friendly and the teachers are really nice.

How are you finding Room 15 so far?
- The kids are so nice and they have been asking really good questions.
