We interviewed the winners of the school cross country held on June 5th, 2019 over a 3 km course.

The course we had to run was down the school drive, down Veitches Road, onto Northfield Road, down Northcote road, down Cavendish Road and back to Casebrook including round the little side streets. 

Rory from Room 3 won the cross country for the Year 8 boys. He has won 7 cross country races in the past. He is 12 years old. His parents were there and really supportive about his win. He felt ‘stoked’ about winning a cross country for the 7th time.

For the Year 8 girls, Emily from Room 12 took the win. She has won 4 cross countries in the past. She is 13 years old. Unfortunately, her parents weren't there but she was absolutely ecstatic about her win.
