Here's an update on our amazing canteen!

Some new additions to the canteen include the American Hotdog, Kumara and Cashew Vegan pie, mini or large Bread rolls, and Large Wraps.  

We asked 10 students what their thoughts on the canteen were. We asked what they thought about the prices and if they thought they were reasonable. 100% of the students agreed that it was a bit expensive (but we understand about inflation). We asked some students how much they spent at the canteen per week and the average was $10 - $20 which means about $4 per day. 

We asked some students from Rooms 10, 11 and 5 what their favourite item at the canteen is. We did the maths and put our information in the pie chart below. The information shows that the top 3 canteen items are Juicies, Butter Chicken Wraps, and Muffins.

Why can you now get Moosies and Juicies at morning tea and will this change stay?

"It started happening to relieve hot students on hot days with a refreshing treat but we might stop doing this because it is getting colder and there will be less hot days.”

What is your favourite thing to make in the canteen?

"I think my favourite thing to make would be the chocolate muffins.”
