We would like to invite you and your child to meet with your child’s teacher for a conference about their learning to date in 2020. This is an opportunity for you to listen to your child and their teacher talk about, and show you the learning that has taken place and discuss future steps for learning in 2020.

Teachers will be available on:

Wednesday 24th June from 2.00pm – 8.00pm

Thursday 25th June from 2.00pm – 6.00pm

These conferences are held in the classrooms and are 15 minutes long

• School closes on both days at 2.00pm.

To avoid congestion parents may park their cars on the driveway or ‘tech court’.

Please note – Maths class interviews can be organised via class maths teachers at a separate time, either over the phone or in person.

Our Specialist teachers would also love the opportunity to meet and talk with you about the learning in their rooms. Hard Materials, Science, Foods, Art, Digi and Learning Support teachers are available to discuss your child’s progress in these areas.

How to Book an Interview

Bookings are made online.

If you do not have Internet access at home, you can ring and make a booking through the school office on phone number 3597-428.

Follow the following easy steps.

1. Go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz

2. Enter the school code –uvm9z

3. Click on ‘Go’

4. Follow the on screen instructions.

• First enter your name, your child’s name, and your email address.
• On the next page, pick the teachers you want to meet. First select the subject year, then choose from the list of teachers.
• Then you’ll see a timetable showing when your chosen teachers are available. Simply click on the times that suit you.

When you have finished, your interview timetable will be emailed to you. If you need to adjust the time you can return to the site and change your interviews whenever you want.
