Thursday 10th August saw our ski trip to Mount Hutt. The weather played its part and the students enjoyed a sunny day on the slopes. Thank you to Mr Sunia Halaifonua for organisation of this very popular day.

On Tuesday 22nd August classroom teams took part in our annual Casebrook Cantamath Competition

It's been another successful year at the annual Cantamath competition in both the Team Competitions and Exhibition and Display Competitions

Last Tuesday 'Te Whānau o te Ao', Pasifika and Korean dance groups took to the stage at the annual Christchurch Primary Schools Cultural Festival.

On Tuesday the 22 of August, the Casebrook rugby 7s team arrived at Nunweek Park for the yearly tournament.

There's more than rapid fire questions to the heat of competition in this years Cantamath event.

We have a number of students in need of uniforms especially boys uniforms. If you have anything you would like to donate please drop these into the school office. 

On Thursday's our daily special is beef or vege lasagne. This is very popular with students wanting a hot and filling meal in the winter months. Why not give it a try next week. Only $4.00.

If you are interested in joining the PTA please come along and get to know our friendly team its never too late with a number of school events still to come this year. Our main activities are to raise funds for school related items and organise social events. We would love to see Parents and Caregivers coming along to share their ideas. It is a great way of meeting new people and connecting with your child's school. No pressure to join, just come along and have a look. On Thursday the 31st of August the Casebrook Water Polo Teams will be selling hot chips and icecreams at lunchtime.

These have been released and certificates will be presented in assembly next week.

This fundraiser finishes on the 1st of September for all of those who are still wanting to order. The money raised from this fundraiser goes directly to helping our two Water Polo teams get to Dunedin for the South Island Champs.
