A glorious sunny day greeted the Casebrook students last Tuesday after the rain of the previous week which had seen the postponement of athletics day.

Alexis has just competed at the Australian Nationals two day cheerleading competition with her team Sassykatz from All Star Pride. Alexis's team placed first and also took out Grand Champions out of the 23 level two teams.

Congratulations Amber Davis for gaining a Merit in her Grade 3 Trinity College flute exam and also congratulations Sarah Cruickshank for gaining a Distinction in her Grade 2 Trinity College flute exam. Well done girls, keep the good work up!

This term we have introduced salad cards so students can design their own salad. Students choose 1 protein, 1 carb, 1 sauce and as many vegies as they would like..... all for only $3.50!

During November/December the Casebrook PTA will be running a Christmas raffle. You now should of received a sheet of ten $2.00 raffle tickets to sell (if not please contact the school office). There will be 20 awesome gift baskets to be won. Please support us in this final fundraiser for the year.

As we are starting that headlong rush to the end of the year, please ask your children to have a look around at home for anything that may need to come back to school.

The team from Sport Canterbury are coming to Casebrook on Tuesday 27th of November.

Bring along your car, bike, boat or caravan! We're having a vehicle display as well as the CO2 car race.

Once again The Athlete's Foot has come to the party with a massive $960 worth of sports equipment
