Last week Casebrook students took part in our annual Cross Country. The conditions were cold but dry. Well done to all who ran and a thank you to Eden Foster for organising the event.

Declaration of Parent Election Results

We interviewed the winners of the school cross country held on June 5th, 2019 over a 3 km course.

A big congratulations to Cooper Davanney Rm12 and Alex MacLennan Rm15 on their wonderful effort in trialling and making it into the Junior Provincial Under 13 Indoor Cricket A team presenting Christchurch in Auckland. There are three teams going to Auckland. Two under 13 teams and one under 15 team. The tournament is being held on the 13th to the 15th of July. If you see them around be sure to give them a big high 5!

We interviewed Huntyr, one of the Eco-warriors. We got her to tell us about what it was about. She told us a bit about her job as an Eco-warrior and what she does that's so important around the school.

The Casebrook Water polo teams play at Jelly Park each week, the A team plays on Monday nights and the B team plays on Friday nights. Water polo is an all year round sport. From what we heard everyone on the water polo teams love water polo, it sounds like such an amazing sport.

Mr Foster has won the REP teacher of the week and is excited to get a free coffee. He is in a very happy mood since this is the first time this year that he got the 'teacher of the week'.

Book the babysitter, round up your friends and come along to quiz night. Everyone welcome, test your general knowledge while raising much needed funds for the school. Spot prizes, raffles, spin to win wheel, fancy dress optional (prize for best dressed). This is a great night not to be missed.
