From an artist's perspective “The earth without art is just eh” The point of this article is to share how the Casebrook students and teachers feel about the art that we make in our SPEC time with Miss Zant and the different perspectives of art that we all see differently. So we hope that this will inform you about the Great Casebrook art of 2022.

Soon, in the last week of Term 1 at Casebrook, four classes (Rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4) are going to move into their new classrooms, which have been under construction for the past three months. Miss Goble, Mrs Yardley, Mr Houliston and Mrs Feron are the teachers that are in each of those four classrooms.

Hagley Sport is a range of multiple different sports competing against the other schools. Every Tuesday, starting Week 4 of Term 2, at 12.30pm the chosen team will go out and represent our school with all of the different sports our teams are involved in.

Pasifika leaders are a new addition to our school student leadership team and represent the voice of our revived Pasifika community. Introducing our leaders for 2022

During the last two weeks, all of the Year 7 classes have had a taster session with the team from Mixx.

For the past two weeks, we have had some members from the Papanui Tigers Rugby League Club come into school to run some taster sessions with our students.

Last week Top Team - Sports Canterbury came to our school and it resulted in a lot of wet and laughing year 7’s!
