Thank you to the families and whānau who joined us last Thursday to celebrate with our Kapa Haka and Pasifika groups. The groups performed and shared what they have learnt. The evening was enjoyed by all.

When your child is absent from school a note is required to explain their absence. Texting to the teacher is not suitable. If the absence is five days or more a medical certificate is required.

The teachers union (NZEI) has called a paid union meeting on Tuesday 26th June.

On August 1 from 6:30 - 8:30pm is our Open Night. This is an opportunity for the school community to see us in action.

Last Thursday evening, students from Casebrook Intermediate participated in the Otago Daily Times Spelling Quiz at Cobham Intermediate.

On Friday 22nd June we will be having a mufti day. The PTA have one mufti day each term and these are vital for our fundraising efforts. Students have been sent home with a list, but if in doubt chocolate is always appreciated. We will use items collected to make raffle gift baskets for our upcoming Quiz Night fundraiser.
