Value Awards, Movin'March

Values:

At our first assembly of the year, value awards were awarded to children who have been seen exhibiting our values around the school.  Junior Syndicate child Jack B has been seen showing Empathy and Growth Mindset when he fell over was very brave and tried his activity again.  Ivy from the Middle Syndicate was seen showing Empathy when a friend was injured and Ivy took them to the office and looked after them.  Senior Syndicate child Sophie B was seen showing Empathy as she often helps students who need a friend or feel left out of a group.  Also receiving a value award were the office team who received it for all our our values - Pride, Empathy, Growth Mindset, Mahi Tahi and Whanaungatanga or always helping everyone - no matter the problem.  They show immense empathy.  Ka pai Jack, Ivy and Sophie and Abi, Jenny & Sara.

Movin'March:

Last Friday we had our first draw of prizes for our Movin'March passports.  There were so many in our Movin'March box.  Ka pai Ryan, Olympia, Angus, Fletcher, Grace, Olivia C, Hector, Hugo, Claire, Khang, Lily T, Tess, Briar, Zoe M and Finn H.  Another prize draw will take place this week.  Keep up all the good work with your walking or scooting.

Your child's passports are stamped in class by the teacher and once they are completed they can put them in our fancy Movin'March box located in the office.
