At our last assembly value awards were presented to one child from each syndicate who was seen showing our values.  Junior Syndicate student Mac has been seen showing Mahi Tahi and Whānaungatanga when he helped the seniors to pack up the sandpit.  Tilly from the Middle Syndicate has been seen showing Empathy when she looked after a classmate when they weren't feeling well.  Senior Syndicate student Flynn was seen showing Growth Mindset when he found an old phone and made sure he found the owner.
