Staff Carpark - Changes

Work is soon to begin on Rooms 7, 8 and 9 and this means our bottom carpark will be off limits to our staff for the contractors to park and for the Health and Safety of our tamariki.  Therefore, all our teachers and support staff will now be using the top carpark.  We ask that parents do not enter the staff carpark or use it to turn around at any time.  We have recently heard of some scary stories of parents/grandparents/nannies doing a u-turn in the staff carpark while children are passing by.  Please be safe so we can keep our tamariki safe.  We would appreciate it if you could let others who may pick up or drop off your child that the staff carpark is off limits (even when turning around) between 7am and 4pm.  

Message from Wellington City Council

Wellington City Council has received a complaint from residents near the corner of the Jubilee / Izard Road intersection.  They have complained about the way some of our parents are parking at the end of the day.  Please be mindful of leaving the corners clear to make it easy for drivers to see and also to keep it safe for our children to cross the road. These actions will ensure that no one gets hurt.  You may also notice an increase in parking wardens around that area to chat to parents about parking.
