Earlier in the term one child from each of the Junior classes was awarded with a value certificate, each for showing a different value.

Hugo has been seen showing Whānaungatanga showing compassion towards others.  He is friendly, helpful and supportive of his peers.

Ella has shown Growth Mindset coming to coming with a positive attitude and willing to try new things.  She perseveres and always tries her best.

Emily was seen showing Pride in her work when they were doing some colouring in class thinking carefully about how to stay in between the lines and the colours she was using.

Isla consistently shows Empathy towards her classmates.  She is always happy to help others when they are stuck.  Recently she read a story to a classmate who needed a friend.

Sylvia is a real team player always showing Mahi Tahi.  She is the first to offer to help others, clean up the classroom and remind people of how we show our CAS values and capabilities.
