Value Awards:

Value awards were presented to children who have been seen exhibiting our values around the school.  Rhys from the Senior Syndicate has been seen showing Mahi Tahi and Empathy when he included some younger children in a game when they had no-one to play with.  Middle Syndicate student Lucien has been showing Mahi Tahi when he helped another student with their maths when they saw them struggling.  Elliott from the Junior Syndicate has shown Growth Mindset when he perseveres at many things like writing, playing and working with others; he always tries hard!  Ka pai Rhys, Lucien and Elliott.

Tennis:

In mid-November, Year 6 student, Phoebe travelled to Palmerston North to take part in the Regional Tennis Primary Schools Tournament with tamariki from Palmerston North, Wellington, Wairarapa, Kapiti Coast and Hutt Valley taking part.  Ka pai Phoebe.
