Pōwhiri, camp and swimming

Pōwhiri:

We have held our first pōwhiri of the year to welcome new staff and new tamariki and their whānau to our kura.  Ka pai to our kaikaranga girls Millie, Laura, Sienna, Olivia, Vivienne, Sophie, Maddie, Siena, Anabel, Isabella, Zoe, Sylvie Bo, Helena, Micaella and Greer and our whaikorero boys Noah, Theo, Oliver, Edward K, Tommy, Nolan and Makai.  We hosted members of Roseneath School as we welcomed new Principal Adelle Jensen to the school.  It was a memorable event.  

Camp:

Our senior syndicate had a fantastic time at camp.  They built resilience, challenged themselves, showed mahi tahi and had growth mindset as they set about their activities.  The Giant Swing was a great hit, as well as the flying fox, archery, kayaking etc etc.  A big pakipaki to our wonderful parent helpers, without whom we wouldn't be able to go on camp and to our senior syndicate staff Blair, Sarah L, AnneMaree and Sandy for their organisation and leadership.

Swimming:

Our junior syndicate has completed their swimming sessions and our middle syndicate are now underway.  Thank you for your patience with changing timetables due to adverse weather conditions and heating.
