Cross Country

It was fabulous to see the cross country go ahead this week, with much pride and resilience from our tamariki. A great number of our community were able to come and cheer their children on. So nice to have our community back on school grounds for such an event. We look forward to many more such school events in the months to come.

Home & School

The Home and School Committee held their AGM last week, with many of their members reappointed and a few new members joining. The Home and School Committee has been busy with new initiatives over the last term, and into the start of this term. There a number of great events and initiatives planned for the remainder of the year. Thanks to the Committee and all their supportive parent helpers for helping to provide the children, our community and kura whānau with such great opportunities and support. If you are keen to join the Home and School Committee, or simply help out as a friend of the Committee from time to time, get in touch with Kirsten Richards (Chair) or another Committee member.

Board Elections

There are Board elections coming up this September. If you are interested in finding out more about what it is like being on the BOT, please contact David Miller or any of the parent representatives for a chat. More information will be forthcoming about the nomination process and what is involved but please check out this link to hopefully feel inspired to put your name forward!
