Fair Play Code of Conduct

Admin Cashmere —

Cashmere Avenue School has adopted the Fair Play Code of Conduct for players, coaches and parents. The Fair Play code is designed to encourage positive attitudes about sport, setting the right tone and helping to make the game a success for everyone involved. The Fair Play scheme has separate codes of conduct for players, coaches and parents which outlines the desirable attitudes and behaviour for each group. While Cashmere Learners ‘aim for excellence’ they are also ‘empathetic, full of self-pride, respectful and considerate’. We expect all Cashmere Learners, that is students, staff and parents, to abide by the Fair Play code.

FAIRPLAY PARENTS/CAREGIVERS & SUPPORTERS

# insist that my child plays within the rules and the principles of Fair Play

# watch my child play and let him/ her enjoy the game

# show my appreciation to people who volunteer their time so my child can play and practice

# remember that my child plays for his/her reasons not mine

# never place undue pressure on my child to play or perform

# give it heaps and don’t get ugly
