Room 14 and 15 spent last term investigating the idea of belonging. Whanaungatanga is important to us. The relationships we build create unity and aroha. Having a sense of belonging helps us to know how we fit in the world and how to be kaitiaki of it. Constructing our homes and then learning about the streets in our neighbourhood, we realised our community is important. We also feel lucky to have Te Whanganui a Tara to one side of us and Mt Tarikaka to the other! Here are a couple examples of Room 15's visual pepeha.
