Student Experience
My name is Isée and I studied at Cashmere High School for one term. It was such an amazing experience. It was great to meet people from all over the world. I did a lot of activities with other international students. We went to the beach, to town, to Antarctica Centre, we organised a sharing dinner with the food from our countries, ... I also meet kiwi friends!
New Zealanders are very relaxed. It's probably one of the biggest things I'll remember from here! The school is very different and so casual. Drama was my favourite subject, it was very confusing at the start because of my English, but it was so funny! I also visited the South Island. I went to Akaroa, I saw dolphins. The nature is beautiful here! I met a lot of people from the West Coast and Queenstown where I discovered the kiwi family gathering! I tried to fish, I went hiking, I watched rugby and netball... It was amazing to discover a new culture and a new lifestyle!
