Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori is coming up from the 10th-14th September.

The theme this year is “Kia Kaha te Reo Māori” - "Strength for an endangered language comes from its status and people acquiring and using it." Aotearoa New Zealand is the only place in the world where te reo Maōri is spoken. This makes it taonga/ treasure unique to this country and deserves our protection and nourishment. We would like to invite all whānau to a coffee morning to learn and use some basic everyday phrases to get started. See invitation below.
