This year we have been running weekly Code Clubs during lunchtimes on Mondays and after school on Thursdays for Pīrere and Kātua students.

The first programme our coders have been using is a block-based programme called Scratch.

Code Club is thrilled to have its first member complete all 30 projects in Scratch - Leo O’Neil!

Leo had used Scratch in the past for fun but had never completed the Code Club projects. We are really proud of how hard Leo has worked. Now Leo will be moving on to learning html coding using Trinket.
