On Thursday the 6th of April the Cashmere Swimming Team competed at the Canterbury Swimming Championship at Rolleston. 

We had 12 members from Year 5-8 and we all did very well. There were 153 schools with over 600 competitors at the event.

The 9 year old relay was a stand out because they came 3rd in their relay. Their team was Will Allott, Joel Allott, Belize McQuarrie and Meg Spencer- Morgan.

The rest of our team consisted of Mya Bennett, William Chappell, Morna Duncan, Lucas Evans, Fabriana McQuarrie, Brooklyn Green, Eliana Roelofs, Finn Allott.
