On Wednesday and Thursday last week we had the Canterbury Cricket Tournament at Hagley Park.

The CPS team that went to represent were Jed Gimblett, Ben Breitmeyer, Toby Kennedy, Gabriel Gallaway, Alex Muirhead, Finn Allot, Ben Scott, Joseph Gunn, Matthew Winter, Caleb Thompson-Marr, Rocco Barker, Charlie Cadillac and Thomas Newman as reserves. On a sad note we had two losses on Wednesday against Cobham Intermediate and Heaton Intermediate. The best of the batters was Ben B with 39 in his innings. The best of the bowlers was Finn with 2 wickets for 7 runs off 4 overs. We had a win on Thursday against Casebrook Intermediate. 

On behalf of our team a big thank you to our parents for their support, transport and supervision and to Mr Jack for organising it and lunch time trainings.
