Please note the following dates for the end of year assembly and the school picnic.

Whole School Picnic - Tuesday 13th December

Whole School Picnic on the school field starting at 5.00pm until 6.30pm. Bring along the family and some kai. We will have students performing throughout the event. This will celebrate the end of the year and will replace our traditional end of year assembly that we normally have on the last day for Rata, Kowhai and Matai. This event is weather dependent and there is no cancellation date. If we do cancel we will send a school-links message by 4.00pm and it will also be on our website.

End of Year Assembly - Thursday 15th December

Final Assembly for Matai and Totara when we farewell our year 8 students as they move onto high school and welcome our year 7's who step up to become our year 8's in 2017. This will be held at Cashmere High School's Performing Arts Centre from 7.00-8.30pm. At the conclusion of the assembly, year 8 children and their Whānau are invited to stay for a catch up and a cuppa.

The final day for year 7 and 8 students is Thursday the 15th of December finishing at 2.55pm.

The final day for year 1 - 6 students is Friday the 16th of December finishing at 12.00pm.
