Tūhono Kapa Haka Festival
A yearly kapa haka event for schools across Aotearoa
On Sunday morning, our senior Kapa Haka rōpū took to the stage at the Tūhono Kapa Haka Festival at the Christchurch Town Hall.
Our students represented Cashmere Primary Te Pae Kererū with pride, showcasing the waiata and haka they have worked so hard to refine throughout the year. Their performance was fantastic, and we are incredibly proud of them!
A huge thank you to our teachers Michelle Smith, Kimberly Russell and Carolyn Smith, who supported our students on Sunday. We also offer our warmest thanks to our Kapa Haka tutor, Matua Anton, for his expertise, passion, and enthusiasm.
We are incredibly proud of every performer!
