Community Consultation : Vision and Values

Today we are sending home our survey (with the children) to ask about the values and attributes that you (as a family) believe will best support your children at Cashmere Primary Te Pae Kererū, both now and in the future. This will inform our school’s vision and values.

You may choose to complete one survey as a family or complete a survey with each of your children.

Over the past 10 years there have been significant changes in our approach to education. In recent months our Ministry of Education have introduced many initiatives that are future focused, further enhancing the curriculum and ensuring that our learners are best prepared for their future.

We need to support our children to participate, create, design and thrive in education, So that they are equipped to do the same in a future focused world. 

Therefore we are asking all of our students to interview you (our whānau) about the values and attributes that they will need to thrive in their future focused world. Please return this survey to your child’s homeroom teacher by Monday 21st August.
