Cashmere Primary students have gained hotly contested places after successful auditions.

Each year, students have the opportunity to audition for places in Representative Groups at the Christchurch Schools' Music Festival (formerly known as 'Special Groups'). Over 550 students across Canterbury auditioned for only 319 places in 4 groups. All students can be proud of their choice to audition, no matter what the result was.
