Starting on Friday at 2.30pm, our New Zealand team - called the Wheel Blacks - will take on Australia in a 5-test series at Pioneer Stadium - 75 Lyttelton Street, Somerfield.

This is the first time since 2009 that international wheelchair rugby has come to town so it's not a common thing to have this type of rugby in town.

You may still remember Cody Everson, who was a student of Shirley Boys' High when he broke his neck playing rugby a few years ago. Cody is a member of our Wheel Blacks squad and has a bright future ahead of him in the sport.

Game times for the rest of the weekend are:

Friday, April 7 - 2.30pm and 7pm

Saturday, April 8 - 11am and 3.30pm

Sunday, April 9 - 10.30am
