Help support the Cashmere Primary School Edible Garden.

Cashmere Primary has just received a delivery of foldable, reusable shopping bags. These come in a range of patterns and are a great way to avoid collecting and hoarding plastic shopping bags. The bags are small enough to fit two in your pocket, and once unfolded grow to a size larger than an average plastic bag, with attached handles. Every afternoon next week from 2:50 to 3:15 two Year 8 students will be running a small stall in the senior eating area above the epicentre. They will be selling the bags for $7 each and the profit made will go towards both the CPS Edible Garden (which is having to be relocated once again due to being in the building site), and next year's budget for sustainability, so we can continue to help take Cashmere’s Green Gold status above and beyond.
