The school is seeking expressions of interest for the hire of pool keys for the season of 2019/20, to school families until the weather becomes too cold for swimming. The hire fee for the 2019/20 season is approximately $100 (this will be confirmed), with $10 refundable when the key is returned to the office at the end of the swimming season.

This year we will organise key issue and payment through our KINDO system and further information will follow once we have a list of those interested.

Keyholders must be a parent or caregiver of children at CPTPK, a competent swimmer and commit to completing a certain number of pool duties helping with the operation of the pool outside of school hours (eg taking the cover off, cleaning the pool filters). These typically take around 10-20 minutes per duty, and the number of duties required will depend on the number of key holders.

All keyholders will need to attend a keyholders briefing when they collect their key. This is compulsory for all keyholders. The dates and times for these briefings will be shared shortly.
