2022 Staffing, Structure & Organisation

Gavin Burn —

We are pleased to be able to share our staffing, structure and organisation for 2022 with you.

Kia ora e te whānau

We are pleased to be able to share our staffing, structure, and organisation for 2022 with you.

Each year we carefully consider the staffing (teacher entitlement from the Ministry of Education), structure (leadership roles & teams), and organisation (collaborations & homeroom placements), in line with our school's vision, Together Empowering to Thrive.

Year by year the decisions we make are based on the needs of our learners, self-review, continual improvement, and the number of students in each year group. We are connected and collaborative in our learning teams and we are intentional with any changes we make to our structure and organisation.
