Literacy Support Teacher

0.5 FTTE (Part Time, Fixed Term from 29.03.21-17.12.21)

We are looking for an experienced teacher to run our Literacy Support Programme.

This programme is based on The Science of Reading and will provide daily support for our Setting 3 learners (this support is in addition to the classroom programme).

Our Literacy Support Programme provides support for learners from Year 1 - Year 8 so the ability to engage with learners of all ages and stages is required.

This is a part-time position where the successful candidate would work across the week, Monday to Friday every morning.

A thorough understanding of the principles behind The Science of Reading is essential and recent experience in providing this literacy approach will be an advantage.

Position Start Date: Monday the 29th of March, 2021 or by negotiation.
