MBSR is the world’s leading Mindfulness program which was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1979. The course covers awareness training, exploration on how to transform patterns of thinking, feeling and action as well as the scientific rationale for the practices taught each week. Each class is 2.5 hours long which consists of brief lectures, discussions and guided experiential practices.
