Whittaker’s Fundraising Campaign - 12 boxes still available!

Gavin Burn —

As part of our plan to improve facilities and resources at Cashmere Primary Te Pae Kererū we are running a fantastic Whittaker’s Fundraising Campaign.

Kia Ora e te Whānau

We are pleased to announce that for this campaign we have delectable Whittaker’s chocolate SLABs for sale to our community.

The Mixed Fundraising Packs are all delicious and popular flavours.  At the recommended sale price of $2.50 for each SLAB, this represents excellent value to the buyer and all profits will go to our school.  $1.00 per SLAB PROFIT.

The oldest child in each family will receive a box the week of the 16th of June.

We suggest you sell to family members, colleagues in the workplace, at busy sports fields, friends or neighbours.  We do not recommend involving children in selling, but if they are involved, they should do so under adult supervision.

Once you have sold your box , you can pay $90 to the school either by

  • depositing the money into the School account,

CASHMERE PRIMARY TE PAE KERERU SCHOOL BOARD 12-3148-0268269-00.

  • Please reference your family name and ‘Chocolate’ or

  • putting the cash into an envelope, writing your full name and ‘chocolate’ on the front and dropping it into the school office.

We urge you to sell the chocolate quickly to create momentum.  However, if you are experiencing difficulties, please contact the school office as early as possible as others may be looking for more Whittaker’s fundraising bars to sell.

Please ensure the money is paid in by Friday the 18th of July 2025.

If you will be able to sell more than one box please collect more boxes from the office before the end of term.  There are prizes for the person who sells the most boxes! To check out the prizes, please click here

Fundraising activities such as this make a vital contribution towards improving facilities and resources for the benefit of our school.  We will be putting these funds towards resources that compliment our curriculum and learning spaces in addition to what our government funding provides.

Remember to keep the chocolate bars in a cool place, taking care to avoid direct sunlight, and never leave them in a parked car.

Thanks for your support and happy selling.
