ICAS Writing and Spelling Next Week

In addition to Y4&5 daily Swimming, we have to fit in two ICAS competition papers next week. For those pupils entered for these ICAS papers, please note the following dates if you need to make external appointments. The papers will be taken in the mornings:

● Tuesday 13 June - ICAS Spelling

● Wednesday 14 June - ICAS Writing

Y6 Pupils Need Bicycles

A reminder of last week’s notice, that each Y6 pupil needs a bicycle for the Cycle Safe programme in Week VIII. If your child cannot yet ride a bike, they will be taught to do so by the Cycle Safe instructors.

A bike lock is essential, too, as the bikes will be left on the playground during break times. Bikes can be left overnight at school in the Statham building.

Y4&5 Swimming Lessons

Parents of students in Y4&5 should have received a letter from Miss Dowgray with details of the swimming lesson programme to be held Monday to Thursday 11-14 June (Week 7), and 18-21 June (Week 8).

Please note students with long hair will require a swimming cap.
