A big thank you to our school community for wholeheartedly getting behind the annual Friends' Back to School BBQ. It was a fantastic example of great Grammar spirit in action, with plenty of conversation and squeals of delight from our children enjoying the entertainment.

The variety of food on offer was simply fantastic! Thank you so much to Mrs Wendy du Toit and our chorister families, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to provide the community with a fantastic array of delicious homemade food. It was wonderful to see so many parents and children involved and working together to raise funds for the 2018 ChristChurch Choir Tour.

I must also make special mention to the fabulous team of parent volunteers, staff members and tutors who put in hours of organization to make this event possible. It was a real team effort and I personally feel very humbled by the selflessness of these people, who give up their time and energy for you to enjoy the experience.

There are parents who will be stepping down from their role on the committee at our AGM in March (more details to come), so if you would like to get involved, please consider coming along to our next committee meeting on Monday 19 February, 7.30pm.
