Mid-Year Sport & Cultural Awards Assembly on Friday

This Prep Schools’ awards’ event, celebrating achievements to date in the year, takes place on the final day of term (22 September), and parents are most welcome to attend. The assembly starts at 1.45pm and should conclude about 3.00pm. All pupils will be available for collection at the usual time of 3.30pm after their final Home Room tidy up and the Deans’ Dismissal.

No Prep Room, Family Room or Clubs on the Last Day of Term

Please be aware that there are no Prep Room or Family Room services, or after-school clubs on Friday (22 September.) This is the end of term and the departments go down for the end of term at the following times:

• Junior School: 3.00pm
  
• Prep Schools: 3.30pm
  
• Pre-School: 5.00pm
  

Term IV Dates

Please note that this holiday is a three-week break. School opens on Monday 16 October – do join the Friends’ Association for a Back to School Cuppa!.

Please also be aware that we have two public holidays during Term IV for which the school is closed:

• Labour Day on Monday 23 October (Week II); and
  
• Show Weekend on Thursday 16 & Friday 17 November (Week V).

Prep parents, please note that the Tuesday of Week I (17 November) is Athletics’ Heats’ Day for Y4-8 pupils. Tuck Shop will not be available as the pupils will be at Christ’s College all day.

Our lovely tutor, Miss Michaela Le Vatte, is available for babysitting from the 22 - 28 September.
