I'm so proud of our band, the 'Queen Bees'. They are a student-led group who have worked away at home and school for the past two terms.

Seriously, how amazing to work as a musical group and achieve so well. These girls have shown collaboration, team-work and follow through.

On Tuesday, our band the ‘Queen Bees’ participated in band quest. 15 other bands competed. We watched all the other bands perform before. It was a very long night but a good one too. The music was so loud that at times we had to cover our ears. We were on stage and performing at 9:15pm. We were amazed with how good some of the bands were and some even had coaches and had been practicing since the start of the year. When we got on stage everyone was watching us and there were so many bright lights all around us. We performed ‘This is Me’ from the Greatest Showman and ‘Set it all Free’ from Sing. At the end of the night Eloise got best singer award. Congratulations Eloise. We had a great time and would recommend it for people to go to.

The staff are proud of this, and I'm sure all our parents are too!
