General Notices for Final Days

Miss Penny Tattershaw —

The Week's Key Info at a Glance

For the bullet-point reference document for this week's events, see Co-curricular Notices.

For the important details about the end of term and beginning of next year, please read on...

Missing School Books

If your child has outstanding library, literature or textbooks, or team shirts they will have been reminded several times by now. Books and shirts still outstanding on the school library system on Thursday will be invoiced against pupil school accounts.

A large number of team shirts and singlets, especially those issued to Y7&8 pupils are still missing.

It is especially important that all maths textbooks are returned as these are out of print and the so cost for reprinting is considerable. This cost will be charged. We are still missing a large number of Y8 maths textbooks.

Laptops

All Y6 & 7 laptops, and those assigned to Y8 pupils who are not purchasing theirs, should be in school by now to be handed in on Wednesday for the holidays.

Polished Shoes Please

If you have not already done so, please encourage your child to polish their black shoes tonight in recognition of the formality of the week’s remaining events. Collectively we began the week looking somewhat foot-weary.

All Gear Goes Home on Wednesday

Please be patient at the end of school on Wednesday. Your child must take home all remaining items from school on this day. NO personal items should come to school on Thursday or Friday.

Family & Prep Rooms Close Wednesday

The final day for Family Room for Y1-3 pupils and Prep Room for Y4-8 pupils is Wednesday.

End-of-Year & Leavers’ Service AND Close of School, Thursday

Our Leavers’ & End-of-Year Service for Pre-School–Y8 is at the Cathedral on Thursday. Parents are most welcome at the service which begins at 12.00pm. Schools close after this service at 12.45pm.

All pupils are to be collected by 1.00pm FROM THE CATHEDRAL, not from school.
